The "quantified self" has evolved dramatically since 2007, from basic step trackers to advanced wearables providing unprecedented personal data and sophisticated, unitless metrics. While these tools offer profound self-knowledge and insights, the critical hurdle remains: how do we effectively translate this explosion of data into meaningful, sustainable behavior change?

True transformation demands more than just numbers; it requires knowing what to change and, crucially, how to implement those changes.

Join leading experts in AI, behavioral science, and user experience for a dynamic panel discussion exploring:
  • The cutting-edge evolution of quantified self technologies and AI's transformative role.
  • Navigating the psychological and behavioral complexities of data-driven change.
  • Actionable strategies for moving beyond passive data collection to impactful personal transformation.
  • The future potential of AI-powered quantified self to revolutionize health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Getting to our studio

The easiest Navy Yard entrance is Sands Street (marked 1 on the map), as it is most direct from the subway. Please note that Cumberland Street (marked 2 on the map) will be closed for construction through March 2026.

Our entrance is between buildings 41 and 127 (our building). When you enter our building, open the interior door to access the elevator for the 3rd floor.

Please have your event confirmation email with you to show the guard attendant for entry. Let them know that you are here for a Smart Design event.
