Roozbeh Ghaffari

Tim Roberts

Tim Roberts is Vice President of Science and Innovation at Therabody, where he leads R+D at the intersection of health, performance, and technology. Since joining in 2019, he has been central to Therabody’s evolution into a scientific leader in the wellness tech industry, ensuring product innovation is grounded in rigorous research, aligned with business goals, and meeting the evolving regulatory and consumer expectations. Tim oversees clinical research, product validation, and cross-functional innovation. He previously spent nine years at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute and led performance science for the NFL’s International Pathway Program in 2018–2019. He serves as President of the Industry Advisory Board at the University of Florida’s College of Health and Human Performance and sits on the Board of Directors for the ACSM Foundation.
Tucker Fort

Tucker creates market-defining consumer experiences and products centered around emerging technologies, most recently with Gatorade. Tucker has also worked on projects for OXO, HP, Nissan, P&G, Under Armor, Samsung and Tiffany & Co. He is highly sought after as a speaker, lecturing on topics related to innovation, design, and business. You can find his writing in publications like Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Businessweek.

Getting to our studio
The easiest Navy Yard entrance is Sands Street (marked 1 on the map), as it is most direct from the subway. Please note that Cumberland Street (marked 2 on the map) will be closed for construction through March 2026.
Our entrance is between buildings 41 and 127 (our building). When you enter our building, open the interior door to access the elevator for the 3rd floor.
