Creating a culture of innovation

Co-designing with employees

Employees, from frontline staff to seasoned professionals, possess a wealth of knowledge and insights that can fuel groundbreaking innovation. However, traditional corporate structures and processes often stifle their creativity and limit their ability to contribute effectively.

This Smart Salon will explore the various methods organizations can employ to engage employees in the innovation process, such as co-design, workshops, contests, hackathons, surveys, and suggestion boxes. We'll delve into the benefits and challenges of each approach, examining real-world examples of their successful implementation. The discussion will also focus on the unique perspectives employees bring to ideation and the crucial steps needed to transform these ideas into tangible outcomes.
