Design research teams need to engage organizations in the right way to ensure research turns into action, and ultimately creates value for the business. Too much detail can be overwhelming, but a lack of detail may result in learnings which are difficult to translate into action. Different stakeholders have different levels of knowledge and might be looking for different answers from a research study. How can we better engage stakeholder to make research more valuable?
