Building on the momentum of our recent in-person event, this virtual encore brings the same provocative question back to center stage: As AI becomes more deeply embedded in design, how can human-centered research maintain its critical role?
Join Cameron Hanson, Strategy Director, and an expert panel for a conversation on how to complement and contend with AI technologies in the research process.
The discussion will cover:
-
The most promising applications of GenAI and LLMs in user research today, as well as some of the biggest risks
-
What tasks should remain in the purview of human researchers to maintain ethical rigor and authentic human insight
-
How research teams can adapt their methodologies and skillsets without losing focus on the lived human experience.
